How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders at any authorized retail partner or through our online exchange program. Simply order a refill online, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return your empties.
Which sparkling water makers are compatible with the Quick Connect cylinders?
The pink-labeled Quick Connect cylinders are designed specifically for our newer models, including the Terra, Art, and Duo machines. Blue-labeled Screw-in cylinders are compatible with our classic models like the Fizzi and One Touch.
What is your return policy for machines and accessories?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your machine or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How long does a single CO2 cylinder last?
One 60L CO2 cylinder can produce up to 60 liters of sparkling water, depending on the level of carbonation you prefer and the type of sparkling water maker you use.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
Our newer 'Dishwasher Safe' bottles are marked as such and can be cleaned in the machine. However, many classic Fuse and Slim bottles are hand-wash only. Please check the care instructions printed on your specific bottle.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
