We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our website. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and exchange programs rather than standard returns.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
